Beadhead Mini Leech

First tied to target the ultra-selective trophy trout of Colorado’s South Platte River, the Beadhead Mini Leech is an understated, micro leech pattern that can be stripped of dead drifted with equally deadly effect. At Ascent Fly Fishing we've taken a solid pattern and made it even more deadly with the addition of holographic mylar on the hook and some subtle flash in the collar with some semi seal dubbing!  While larger leech and bugger pattern certainly catch fish and deserve their place in your fly box, the Beadhead Mini Leech measures just 1 1/2inches in length and tied to its size 16 hook is a killer match for the vast majority of leeches in the lakes and rivers of North America.
