Dragonfly Larva
Found in slow moving backwaters and lakes, the nymph life cycle of the dragon fly is going to offer the fly fisherman the best and most consistent action with the fly. While not typically present in large numbers, jerkily retrieving a Dragonfly Nymph through the shallows of a lake or dead drifting it through some slow moving water can produce explosive strikes from trout!
