Tippet rings are an excellent tool for the angler looking to extend the life of their leaders and save time on the water. These 2mm stainless steel rings can be tied to your fly fishing leader or fishing line with a standard improved clinch knot (fishermen's knot) and allow you to quickly and easily add tippet to your rig or create a czech nymphing rig. Saves line and time!
I wish I had found these a long time ago. They prevent trimming a lot of excess line, save time, allow for fishing a dry and wet fly together, and let me control how long my leader is.
