Tungsten Beadhead CDC Hare's Ear

A new and deadly take on one of our all-time favorite nymph patterns, the Tungsten Beadhead CDC Hares Ear can be used to match almost any mayfly and stonefly nymph when fished in a couple of sizes! Tied with a tungsten bead that is 2x heavier than lead, this fly gets down deep and does it in a hurry! The CDC feather collar collects air bubbles, causing this pattern to pulsate and "swim", adding layers of life-like motion. We encourage you to pick up a couple of these before they get added to dynamite as an unfair advantage over the fish!

Pro Tip: For extra action and realism brush some Frogs Fanny or Hign N Dry Powder Floatant into the CDC hackle! This will coat the hackle in bubbles causing it to kick and flip down the river just like the legs of an insect in drift.

This fly is perfect for use in either a Euro-Style/Czech Nymphing or Standard Nymphing rig.
