New Zealand Strike Indicator Tubing
The New Zealand Strike Indicators came onto the North American fishing scene a couple of years ago and is quickly earning a reputation as the most versatile and best strike indicator on the market. The sheep's wool is naturally aqua phobic (waterproof), it casts like a dry fly, lands on the surface of the water as softly as a leaf, they don’t kink you leader, and they are easy to adjust on the water.
The replacement tubing used to create your New Zealand Strike indicators comes in two sizes: Small – for indicators intended to float small midge, mayfly, and caddis rigs; and Large – for indicators intended to float large multi-fly stonefly and weighted nymph rigs.
Having both sizes in your pack is the best option, because you can’t rig it and fish it if you don’t have it!
