Found most often in moving water, mayfly nymphs, duns, and spinners, offer the angler and trout many opportunities to get to know each other! Identified by the 3-tails as a nymph, or the two pairs of sail-like wings as an adult, Mayflies are one of the four main aquatic food groups of the trout.
