Tungsten Balanced Leech
Whoever came up with the Tungsten Balanced Leech was a fly tying MAD SCIENTIST! The Balance Leech is tied to a jig hook with a tungsten beadhead threaded onto a pin and positioned out beyond the eye of the hook. This brilliant weight forward orientation and the jig hook allow the fly pattern to swim parallel to the bottom of the lake or river, cruising through the rocks and algae without a snag!
