In the trying times of Covid, social distancing on the river can be a challenge as all of us are long for some normalcy and to get back on the water with our friends and families. The challenges for the Ascent Fly Fishing fly tyers are more pronounced with health care, crowded urban centers, and limited resources making this pandemic all the more trying for them and their families. At Ascent Fly Fishing we pay our fly tyers a living wage, provide health care funds for our tyers to draw upon when needed, and give a portion of all sales to our fly tyers as a profit share, but in this uncertain time we wanted to do more! |
